    Moin Ronald. Ein sehr interessante Video, und das Ergebnis ist toll geworden. Sehr beeindruckend, wie schnell und passgenau Du die Deckel hergestellt hast. Aber hätte man nicht, bevor der letzte Deckel drauf kam, sich noch etwas mehr dem aushöhlen der Innenseite der Flasche widmen sollen? Und, was mich am meisten umtreibt ist: Die Innenseiten sind nicht glatt geschliffen, und vor allem, nicht lackiert, ja eher so gar nicht behandelt. Jetzt trifft die Flüssigkeit, ob nun Wasser oder Genever oder was auch immer es werden wird, auf unbehandeltes Holz, bei den Deckeln sogar auf gestockte Birke = Pilz !!! Ist das nicht ein wenig unhygienisch, oder seh ich das jetzt zu eng? Sorry, war nur ein Gedanke. Deine Videos sind mir immer noch mit die liebsten. Und ein Autogramm hab ja jetzt auch von Dir, vom DFT. Liebe Drechslergrüsse aus dem hohen Norden von Deutschland, Schorschi

    I have a half round nrs and a dome nrs. I wonder If I now want to get two pointy scrapers, one nrs and one regular bevel. Can't have too many scrapers.

I also enjoy starring up at the night sky through my telescope and Saturn 🪐 is my favourite planet (next to Earth 🌍 of course).     Some of us wish we had hair that would fly everywhere. I like the uncombed look. It's a Doc Brown "Back to the Future" look. This is a very interesting little project. Thanks for sharing.

    In my part of the world (southeast United States) your hair style would be called ‘California surfer’. It looks fine and it suits you. I love the sanding jig. This is a nice project! Fun 😊, thank you for sharing.

    Love the Saturn box !. I do have a question i hope you've not been asked a million times and bored answering 🙏, what bevel angle are you grinding your spindle gouge as it looks shallower than 45 ?.

      @@ronaldkanne thank you for replying. I just replaced my old Robert sorby 1/2" with a posh Crown M42 gouge. It came with a rather odd grind, but still 45. I kept the 45 but ground the wings back further and it works nicely but it's ground to a very decisive point which I don't much like. My Robert sorby has a more rounded tip much like yours which I assume is down to flute profiles. To my eyes it looked like yours is closer to 40 & I wondered if that might make a difference?. I'm a bit cautious of doing lots of experimental grinds on such an expensive tool. PS, thank you for the videos as I learn so much every time.
